Key Responsibilities
Design and implement backend modules using Java and related frameworks
Develop and maintain APIs to support system integration
Write efficient, reusable, and testable code following best practices
Troubleshoot application defects and implement long-term fixes
Optimize application performance and database interactions
Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews
Collaborate with frontend, QA, and infrastructure teams for seamless releases
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvements
Required Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of hands-on Java development experience
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
Experience with Spring, RESTful services, and backend integration
Familiarity with SQL databases and query optimization
Understanding of version control systems such as Git
Strong analytical and debugging skills
