Job Scope

· Supervise projects onsite ensuring work adhere to safety regulations, work schedule and progress and quality.

· Monitoring and reporting of work progress.

· Able to coordinate with workers and other Contractors on site.

· Ability to resolve technical and engineering problems.

· Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on projects.

· Excellent at reading and understanding construction detail, plan and elevation drawings

· Ensure all project documentation (progress reports, progress claims, daily reports, site diary, QA/QC report etc.) are submitted and follow up to ensure collection of approved documents in a timely manner.

· Any Ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

· Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

· Candidate to possess relevant certificates and Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course Certificates is an advantage.

· Good communication, self –initiative and interpersonal skill.

Job Description:

• Lead and manage civil and structural construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues
• Manage project risks, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Oversee procurement processes and cost control measures
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) standards are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction/project management
• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects is preferred
• Familiarity with local authority regulations and submission processes
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders

Job Description:

• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure construction aligns with design intent and engineering standards.
• Prepare technical submittals, calculations, and method statements to provide detailed documentation for construction compliance and approvals.
• Resolve on-site technical issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on technical matters to ensure smooth implementation of designs and resolve conflicts proactively.
• Enforce adherence to engineering standards, quality requirements, and regulatory codes to reduce rework, maintain safety, and comply with legal requirements.
• Plan and execute engineering works efficiently to optimize construction methods and resource utilization for high-quality project delivery.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the superior to support project objectives and project team effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering discipline (Civil, Structural, Mechanical & Engineering, or related field).
• Minimum 3 years in engineering or technical roles within construction projects, preferably with site experience.
• Technical drawing review and interpretation.
• Preparation of submittals, calculations, and method statements.
• On-site troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
• Knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and quality requirement.
• Familiarity with engineering software and construction methods.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of primary Sales Business Unit, and support assigned secondary Sales Business Unit.
• Establishes prospects within defined business segment
• Sales forecast and planning
• To participate and contribute to planning and meeting both long term and short-term business plan goals at both a strategic and tactical level
• To analyze targeted market segments for opportunities and work with functional teams on strategic projects to win new business
• Research competition and develop customer-specific technical sales strategies
• Responsible for sales turnover through product specifying into target projects through Consultants, Architects or Developers
• Work closely with various departments to develop winning technical offers, as well as to participates in the preparation of bid responses based on system designs and project specification
• Develops personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
• Support system proposal development, and proposal delivery to customers
• Provide field technical support

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Construction Industry
• Preferably with knowledge/ experience in the Coating Industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Software
