• Experience configuring laboratory systems such as LIMS (e.g., Labware), LES (e.g., Biovia LES), Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN), and Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) (e.g., Empower, OpenLab) will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of computerized system regulatory requirements including 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11, and industry best practices such as ISPE GAMP5.

• Experience qualifying laboratory equipment integrated with computerized systems in pharmaceutical or medical device environments.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily production processes to meet quality and output targets, promptly addressing process deviations to minimize downtime.
• Actively participate in production operations, including equipment setup, operation, and maintenance, and take over production responsibilities during operator absences to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Perform routine inspections, calibration, and adjustments on machinery and equipment while documenting production activities, issues encountered, and corrective actions taken.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, prepare daily and weekly performance reports, and ensure accurate recording of production metrics.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, identifying recurring issues and recommending long-term solutions.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations, ensuring safe equipment operation and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams, supporting training programs for operators to enhance their skills.
• Propose innovative ideas for continuous improvement, focusing on cost savings and productivity enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the adhesive, paint, or chemical industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AutoCAD.
