Duties of Learning & Development Executive:

• Identify learning needs and develop training plans with business units.

• Manage end-to-end L&D activities, including coordination, evaluation, grants, and vendor payments.

• Analyse training data to support decision-making.

• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.

• Oversee internships, attachments, scholarships, and onboarding programmes.

• Ensure compliance for training grants and maintain accurate training records.

• Handle training-related audits, surveys, and ad hoc HR projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher who can integrate seamlessly into our multidisciplinary team and make an immediate instructional impact. Reporting to the Team Leader for Education, the successful candidate will be responsible for teaching children with learning difficulties, addressing both behavioural and academic needs, and delivering high-quality education aligned with the organisation’s philosophy, standards, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Programme Delivery & Implementation

• Deliver educational programmes in accordance with the organisation’s philosophy, curriculum framework, and established guidelines.

2. Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring

• Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate student progress and ensure alignment with agreed learning objectives.

• Use assessment data to inform instructional planning and intervention strategies.

3. Professional Practice & Standards

• Execute all teaching and related duties professionally and in compliance with organisational policies and ethical standards.

4. Feedback, Communication & Collaboration

• Provide timely and constructive feedback to the Director for Education and parents regarding student progress, challenges, and learning outcomes.

• Collaborate with management and colleagues to improve instructional practices and operational processes.

5. Teaching Materials & Lesson Documentation

• Develop and customise teaching materials tailored to each student’s individual goals and learning needs.

• Document lesson plans, teaching strategies, and student outcomes after each session.

6. Individualised Education Plans (IEPs)

• Design, implement, and review Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) for each student.

• Ensure IEP goals are measurable, achievable, and reviewed regularly.

7. Documentation & Records Management

• Maintain accurate, organised, and up-to-date documentation of all student-related records, assessments, and reports.

8. Research & Professional Development

• Contribute to research initiatives and continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and intervention strategies.

• Stay informed of evidence-based practices in special education.

Technical Skills & Core Competencies

1. Teaching & Behaviour Management

• Demonstrated competence in implementing instructional and behavioural management strategies for children with learning difficulties.

2. Parent Engagement & Problem-Solving

• Strong ability to communicate effectively with parents, address concerns, and collaborate on strategies to support the child’s development.

3. Application of Psychological and Educational Theories

• Ability to apply relevant psychological and educational theories to practical teaching and intervention contexts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Special Education or a related field.

• Traineeship Pathway:

  • Candidates without prior experience, including fresh graduates and A-level students, may apply for a 6-month competency-based traineeship programme, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion.

Role:

Conduct exploratory and applicative research in the development of new chemistry for precision cleaning, coating materials and processes.

Involve the optimization of precision cleaning, coatings and assist the process development, product trials, scale ups & trouble shooting, and failure analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Engineers in the development of new chemistry, coating products and processes.
• Optimize the coating materials, formulations, processes, and products.

• Adapt to new technologies, new designs of experiments and new laboratory techniques.
• Write experimental results and technical reports and present at group and R&D meeting.

• Being responsible for the development and innovation of products, creating and implementing the POR, the standardization and quantitative management of the team.
• Doing technical analysis and quality analysis regularly, being responsible for avoiding and remedying the mistakes of products and guiding the supervision of unqualified products.
• Strong business partnering, influencing, communication, stakeholder alignment, people management skills.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Material Engineering
• 1 year of working experience in production environment
• On job training includes 1 year attachment in Production line.
• Innovation mind & strong interest in laboratory work and passionate for innovation
• Initiative, good analytical skills & good report writing skills.
• Self-motivated team player and able to work with minimum supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work efficiently in a multi-cultural environment.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage in order to liaise with associates.
• Required to travel overseas on business needs.
