About the Role 
As part of our local Consulting team, you will collaborate with multiple internal teams and work directly with top FMCG clients—translating retail measurement and consumer panel data into powerful insights that drive decisions and unlock growth.  You will become a trusted advisor, gaining a deep understanding of each client’s business, priorities, and challenges. What You’ll Do 

• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within the client organization 
• Increase NPS and ensure clients gain maximum value from NIQ data and capabilities 
• Drive adoption of NIQ tools and solutions 
• Acts as Voice of Costumer ensuring client needs are being met by the appropriate internal NIQ teams 
• Build and maintain relationships with other NIQ support teams to ensure quality and timely service levels are exceeded, in order to transform customer experience 
• Address potential client roadblocks and challenges by collaborating with internal NIQ stakeholders 
• Lead Joint Business Plan process and be accountable for identifying and aligning customer objectives, defining and tracking success, defining strategic service delivery elements of Joint Business Plan and customer ways of working.  Collaborate with other commercial functions to incorporate analytic and data quality elements into Joint Business Plan 
• Use your industry and product expertise to deliver high‑impact insights across NIQ product solutions 
• Collaborate with insight partners across NIQ to bring forward thought‑provoking market, and category trends

The position delivers technical expertise and on-site support to customers and internal teams, ensuring the effective application of Sika concrete solutions while enhancing product performance, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution. Additionally, the role coordinates closely with customers, Sales, and Technical Service teams on concreting schedules, plant and laboratory trials, and the management of on-site customer complaints.

Product Training & Customer Support

• Train customers and Sika Vietnam staff on the proper application, use, and best practices for Sika concrete products
• Provide technical guidance and on-site support to Sales Staff and Technicians on product-related matters in the field
• Deliver comprehensive technical assistance to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction

Field Trials & Testing Coordination

• Coordinate and conduct plant trials and laboratory trials at customer sites to validate product performance and suitability
• Conduct on-site concrete testing and quality assessments to verify compliance with project specifications and Sika product standards

Issue Investigation & Problem Resolution

• Support Sales teams in investigating concrete-related issues and complaints by conducting root cause analysis at customer sites
• Identify technical problems, inconsistencies, or performance concerns and recommend effective corrective actions
• Troubleshoot application and performance issues to ensure customer satisfaction and product integrity

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed records and prepare comprehensive technical reports on all field activities, trials, and investigations
• Organize and manage technical documentation, including test results, trial reports, and customer correspondence

Equipment Management

• Maintain responsibility for all equipment and tools belonging to the Technical department
• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and safe handling of testing and field equipment

Confidentiality & Compliance

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all company business information, technical documentation, and proprietary data
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Concrete Technical Manager

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

This role focuses on providing hands-on technical support for the company’s platform. You will troubleshoot technical and platform-related issues, help customers resolve platform-related issues, and support them in using platform features as part of live support interactions.

You will also escalate complex issues when needed and contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing to improve resolution efficiency and customer experience.

Your role

• In this role, you will manage incidents and service requests, log and track tickets, and ensure their resolution within the agreed SLA.

As the Corporate Receptionist in our Premium A Grade Brisbane office, you will create the first impression that our clients have of this well-respected property brand. You will be a central and valued member of our office services team and will also assist the Office Manager with staff and client events and office administrative tasks.  The job share role would be ideal for an experienced customer service professional who is seeking a permanent part time role, working 3 days a week from 8:00am – 4:30pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
