1. Full P&L Ownership

Own and manage the full Profit & Loss for the FoodService channel.

Job Description:

- Manage full cycle order fulfillment for company's products and shipments

- Process PO escalation to the supply chain team on products with long lead time

- Release PO into SAP, request stock allocations from relevant team and maintain accurate delivery dates

The Opportunity:

• Suitable for technicians with lift, electrical, electronic, mechatronic or automation maintenance experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing for mechanised car park systems and vehicle lift equipment
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical and control-related faults
• Carry out repair, replacement and adjustment of motors, sensors, relays, switches, control components and safety devices
• Conduct equipment testing after servicing or repair works
• Read and follow electrical wiring diagrams, control schematics, service manuals and maintenance checklists
• Attend assigned customer sites and ensure maintenance works are completed safely and on time
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, fault findings and parts requirements
• Coordinate with site representatives, contractors, suppliers and internal team members on service-related matters

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, Automation or related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in lift maintenance, mechanical parking systems, vehicle lifts, automation systems or electromechanical equipment servicing
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults is required
• Familiarity with motors, sensors, relays, limit switches, control panels and safety circuits will be an advantage
• Basic exposure to PLC, HMI, inverter or automated control systems will be an advantage
• Able to work independently at assigned sites and respond to technical issues in a systematic manner

Our client is seeking for an Application Support Engineer to provide operational and user support for mission-critical HR systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service requests, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining knowledge repositories, and ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Helpdesk, or IT Support roles.
• Good knowledge of information technology and enterprise application support.
• Experience with SAP HCM ERP is good to have.
• Familiarity with incident management, ticketing systems, and service management processes.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good attention to detail with a commitment to service excellence.
