The Senior Vice President, Operational Service Delivery will lead global service delivery coordination across the Global Infrastructure Command Centre. • Master’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; MBA or Executive Education is a plus. 

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or multiple CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, GRC, CSM, or related modules) with related project experiences 

• ITIL Certification. 

• Scrum Master / Agile Certification.
