Requirements:

• Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various Dell PowerEdge and PowerStore systems, including OMES Plug-In, SupportAssist Enterprise, and Secure Connect Gateway Remote Connectivity systems.
• You will also be responsible for managing and performing diagnostics on Dell EMC PowerEdge servers, as well as utilizing various tools such as iDRAC, OpenServer Manager 2.0 (OSM), and PDTK for software updates and troubleshooting.

As a Care Associate, you will be part of an integrated care team that delivers a person-centered care model for our seniors, including persons with dementia. We aim to promote seniors' independence and maintain their cognitive and physical functions, through targeted programmes and personalised care plans, ensuring they lead fulfilling lives.

You will need to:

• Perform activities for daily living (ADLs), including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, toileting, diaper changing, and feeding
• Monitor seniors' medical and health conditions
• Facilitate small group activities and exercises catered to the seniors' interests
• Engage seniors, including those with dementia, in meaningful and stimulating activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the centres
• Escort and assist seniors during transportation to and from the care centre ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• GCE N' or O' Level
• PSLE education certification would require an additional International English Language Testing System (IELTS) certification
• Certificate/ training in healthcare or equivalent

Work hours:

Morning: 8am-6pm

Afternoon: 11am-9pm

Night: 8pm-8am

 Job Scope

• Conduct patient admission and perform initial assessments on patients

• Attending to patients' call bells and prepare patients for physical examination or other procedures

• Assist with lifting and transferring of patients

• Order patients' meals and assist feeding patient

• Orientate patient on ward environment and visitor policy

• Set up, handle and replace portable oxygen tanks

• Perform various clinical tests and measurements

• Assist with nursing & minor surgical procedures

• Manage visitor access to the ward

• Follow up on planned discharges and appointments for discharged patients

• Update patient movements out of the ward

• Perform inventory count and assent tracking and top-up supplies

• Handle mails and coordinate with porters to dispatch and receive items or supplies

• Collect and dispatch of items in urgent situations

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and patient area

 Requirements

• Minimum PSLE or WPLN

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
