Job Description

• Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 1pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform periodic servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/ WDS and related systems.
• Diagnose hardware and software faults, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Execute equipment power-up/ down procedures and respond promptly to emergency service calls (e-calls).
• Provide technical support and onsite training to clients on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, working closely with site engineers and customer engineering teams.
• Prepare detailed service reports and submit regular (weekly/ monthly) updates on activities, progress, and corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety, operational procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to data center safety regulations and support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

• Minimum ITE/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance engineering, preferably dealing with ACMV/ DX systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems
• Possess practical knowledge of CRAC/ WDS or critical infrastructure.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Willing to commit for standby duties, and ability to perform manual work in data center environments.

Responsibilities

·      Support start-up, contract maintenance and other service activities with emphasis on safety and protection.

·      Perform routine preventive maintenance, logging, corrective maintenance works and to carry out warranty repairs.

·      Participate in service and repair of gas detectors, safety activities, emergency response, breakdown calls and ad hoc projects.

·      Manage all orders efficiently until fulfilment stage, by working closely with Serviceteam.

·      Liaison with relevant parties such as customers, service supervisor, coordinators and logistic pertaining to queries, technical issues, status and deliveries.

·     Ensure equipment turnaround and breakdown responses are achieved at optimal level of efficiency.

·      To provide support to other service activities that may be assigned in the courseof work

·      Effective communication of technical information to employees, customers and external parties in an accurate and concise manner in both a written and verbal media.

·      To participate/take up Workplace Safety & Health responsibilities/ activitiesas per requested by the company.

Requirements

·      NTC 2 or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Electro-Mechanical Engineering.

·      At least 3-5 years’ experience in service/engineering position in similar industry. Process instrumentation experience is an added advantage.

·      Able to work from height and in confined space when required.

·      Class 3 Driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and debug assistance included product training.
• Handle product, technical, warranty, spare parts enquiries and complaints from end-customers, distributors, dealers and e-commerce platform.
• Study in-warranty claims, compiling of F-Cost report.
• Monitor quality issue and abnormal defect to make report to factory, take necessary action against warehouse, distributor and factory.
• Create training materials, technical procedures, service manuals and part guides for distributors.
• Handle defective unit exchange to end customer, follow up defective unit repair, checking and grading at contractor before return to warehouse.
• Handle COC renewal, COC and WELS testing and registration for new product.
• Assist distributor to conduct field test for new products.
• Support for establish of service management and service centre for local and export market.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering or related discipline 
• Min 2 years of experience of experience in consumer electronics after sales management industry.
• Hands-on experience with fridge, washer and TV.
• Strong product technical knowledge in home appliances and audio visual.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure.
