The Receptionist will be the first point of contactfor the school, responsible for managing front desk operations, handlingenquiries, and supporting administrative processes to ensure smooth functioningof the General Office.
KeyResponsibilities
- Manage front desk / reception duties (walk-ins, visitors, parents)
- Handle phone calls and general enquiries professionally
- Provide first-level assistance to students, including basic first aid support
- Escalate serious student cases to relevant staff immediately
- Maintain office supplies (stationery, pantry, first aid items)
- Support mail handling and deliveries
- Assist with:
- Document preparation
- Filing and record keeping
- Distribution of materials (brochures, forms, etc.)
- Ensure reception area is presentable at all times
- Support general administrative operations
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by school management
Qualifications& Skills
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, customer-service oriented personality
- Ability to work in a school environment (students/parents)
PreferredProfile
- Experience in reception / customer service roles
- Prior exposure to school / education environment
- Ability to handle high-volume interactions calmly
WorkingHours - Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
