Job Responsibilities
- Resident Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Defects Management: Monitor and update residents on the status of defect rectifications.
- Appointment Scheduling: Arrange inspections with the Building Service Centre (BSC) team.
- Liaison Work: Coordinate with HDB, Town Council, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare reports, manage correspondence, and maintain records.
- Public Relations: Write notices to inform residents about construction activities.
- Site Coordination: Work with site supervisors to schedule rectification work.
- Information Centre Management: Maintain and upkeep the service centre.
