- Order Processing:Â Processing customer orders, quotations, and invoices
- Enquiry Management:Â Handling sales enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Showroom Support:Â Assisting with showroom or gallery operations, including supporting walk-in customers.
- After-Sales Service:Â Coordinating with customers regarding delivery updates, order progress, and resolving minor issues.Â
- Data Entry:Â Entering data on product specifications, pricing, and customer details into company systems.
- System Upkeep:Â Maintaining accurate records and documentation for Sales and Operations teams.Â
- Product upkeep / Stock Monitoring:Â Manage products library, assist with new launches, samplings. Checking stock levels and liaising with warehouse staff or suppliers.
- Delivery Coordination:Â Planning delivery schedules and updating clients on delivery timings.
- Inventory Control:Â Assisting with inventory records, returns, and exchange processes.
Job Requirements
- O level / Nitec / Diploma
- Welcome entry level - Training Provided
- Computer literate
- Bilingual in both Mandarin and English - require communicating with Chinese workers
- 5 days work (8.30am to 5.30pm) at Kaki Bukit Place
- Salary $2800 - $3000
