We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer to support our new upgrading project (Enhancement for active seniors (EASE) for private housing)
Job Description:
- Liaise with residents and handle enquiries/feedback.
- Coordinate appointments and site activities.
- Provide project updates and ensure smooth communication.
- Perform any clerical duties assigned by immediate superior.
- Ensure good rapport and maintaining positive relations with residents.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'A' Level.
- Minimum 2-years of public relations work experience in HDB's upgrading projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and friendly disposition.
- Candidates with HDB HIP experience would be an added advantages.
- 5.5 days work/week or Alternate full Saturday or alternate one weekday off.
