Job Description:

• Experience: 12–15 years overall, with 8+ years in SAP SD module and 3+ years in SAP CS module; minimum 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations as SD lead.
• Lead end-to-end O2C design on across SD, customer master, contracts, pricing, billing, and AR.
• Configure SAP Customer Service (CS) for service contracts, notifications, service orders, and resource-related billing — integrated with Plant Maintenance.
• Harmonise fragmented order types, pricing, and billing into one S/4HANA O2C template and invoicing.
• Own cross-module integration with different modules and BTP Integration Suite.
• Drive fit-to-standard workshops, playbacks, WRICEFs, and UAT for the full O2C scope.
• Manage a blended onshore/offshore team and serve as the single point of accountability to customer’s O2C business leadership.

• You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems and addressing users' concerns promptly and effectively.
• Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be vital in resolving IT-related problems, improving user experience, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• The role will also require you to escalate and respond back to users on the outcome of their highlighted issues within the required KPI/SLAs.

Requirements:

Top 3 Mandatory skills:

1. Experience in handling ticket management and escalations in a service desk environment.
2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for application-related issues.
3. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

Skills which are good to have/optional:

1. Familiarity with ITIL processes (e.g., incident, problem, and service request management).
2. Experience working in SLA/KPI-driven support environments, with an understanding of service performance and reporting expectations.
3. Experience in customer-facing or end-user support roles, with strong communication and user engagement skills.

Job Description:

• Plans, directs, and coordinates the organizational/technical activities required for delivery of the services to ensure technical solution meets contracts specifications.
• Builds in-depth knowledge of clients' priorities, challenges and initiatives and become a trusted advisor.
• Identifies potential sales opportunities and help coordinate efforts with sales and Global Services SMEs to pursue opportunities.
• Maintains awareness of all service matters and manage customer during high priority escalations.
• Develops strategic account growth plan along with sales and Global Services SMEs.
• Ensures that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs contracted according to the service level agreement Coordinates the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations.
• Provides complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement.

• Typically requires 2+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor degree, or an advanced degree without experience or equivalent experience.

Requirements:

• Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various Dell PowerEdge and PowerStore systems, including OMES Plug-In, SupportAssist Enterprise, and Secure Connect Gateway Remote Connectivity systems.
• You will also be responsible for managing and performing diagnostics on Dell EMC PowerEdge servers, as well as utilizing various tools such as iDRAC, OpenServer Manager 2.0 (OSM), and PDTK for software updates and troubleshooting.
