As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring prompt responses, smooth appointment coordination, and excellent customer experience while supporting international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries (calls/messages) and provide professional responses.
- Coordinate appointments and schedules with clients and the sales team
- Ensure accurate data entry, integrity, and confidentiality
- Support lead engagement and proactive outreach to generate opportunities
- Assist HOD in meeting sales targets and performance goals
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
