Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve cases end-to-end, including analysis, investigation, coordination, and follow-up
- Liaise with appellants, stakeholders, and agencies to gather information, provide guidance, and ensure smooth case processing
- Prepare reports, submissions, and recommendations while supporting audits and ensuring compliance
- Identify process gaps, drive improvements, and handle administrative tasks and enquiries efficiently
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with strong customer service experience handling complex cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage stakeholders.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Able to work independently and in a team; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
