Customer Service
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients on daily operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory matters.
• Perform accurate data entry and transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Handle order processing: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, cancellations, etc.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including preparation for stock takes and audits.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm, Sat, 9am to 1pm

Job Description:
-Repair, overhaul, and testing of dispensing/vending machines and their component units
-Washing and cleaning of vending machines
-Loading and unloading stocks in machines and recording their data
-Housekeeping of workshop and machine store
-Minor paperwork and answering incoming calls when required
-Work both in the field and in-house workshop
-Perform other tasks as assigned

Job Title: Logistics Customer Service (ID4175)

Job Responsibilities
• Responsible to update customers on shipment status and addressing customers’ enquiries on shipment movement and arrangement.
• Liaise with customers to obtain necessary information for shipping documentation generation.
• Enter shipment data in freight management software system.
• To coordinate closely with other vendors/shipping lines/overseas forwarding agents to ensure smooth arrival and delivery of customers’ shipments.
