Job Scope Summary:
Deliver courteous, professional, and high-quality customer service at all times.
Welcome visitors warmly, assist with enquiries, and direct them to the correct person or location.
Handle incoming calls efficiently, route calls accurately, and take messages promptly.
Monitor visitor access at reception and maintain security awareness at all times.
Receive, record, and sort mail/deliveries, including escalating suspicious parcels according to procedures.
Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and ensure all reception equipment is operational.
Provide administrative support, manage reception inventory/consumables, and assist during management meetings.
Job Requirements Summary:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification with at least 3 credits, including English.
Prior experience as a receptionist is required; office skills certification is an advantage.
Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with visitors, staff, and stakeholders.
Professional customer service attitude with good interpersonal skills.
Able to manage front desk duties efficiently and professionally.
