Job Summary

The Admin & Customer Support Executive will independently manage front-line customer interactions, coordinate logistics, and support sales operations to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service, contributing to process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and customers, managing inquiries via phone, email, and chat to deliver prompt, professional support
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products, services, or orders, escalating complex cases to relevant departments and ensuring timely follow-up
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure accurate receipt, release, and timely delivery of goods, improving operational flow
• Assist the sales team by performing administrative tasks that support sales activities and customer relationship management
• Maintain and update customer and sales databases accurately to support data integrity and reporting needs
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Manage correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail to ensure effective communication within the company and with external parties
• Organize and maintain sales and customer-related files and documents for easy retrieval and compliance
• Manage office supplies inventory to ensure availability and efficient use of resources
• Liaise between sales, customers, suppliers, vendors, and other departments to facilitate smooth communication and coordination
• Track orders from placement to delivery, monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with teams to maintain stock availability

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, administration, or a similar role
• Diploma or ITE certification in business administration or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in CRM software (Monday.com), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to company growth
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to manage competing demands effectively

Job Summary

The Medical Device Support Engineer will deliver expert biomedical and IT technical support to clients by diagnosing and resolving device, software, and networking issues both remotely and onsite. You will drive biomedical SOP adherence, support testing and validation, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure optimal device performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Biomedical Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to support device testing and validation processes
• Perform onsite troubleshooting and conduct annual preventive maintenance on medical devices to ensure operational reliability
• Respond promptly to biomedical and technical support tickets, providing effective solutions remotely or onsite
• Collaborate with hospital Biomedical Engineering (BME) and Medical Device Management (MMD) teams during annual device testing and validation activities
• Install new device hardware, software, and networking systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
• Diagnose and resolve complex medical device, networking, and software issues to minimize downtime
• Propose simple, effective solutions to technical problems to enhance device performance and user experience
• Deliver basic troubleshooting guidance to clients to empower their independent issue resolution
• Support internal IT requirements by maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and networking systems
• Maintain strong client relations through clear communication and professional support
• Document and complete detailed job reports to track service activities and outcomes

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or computer science, or relevant certification
• Experience in biomedical QA/QC testing or technical support engineering
• Proficient knowledge of hardware and networking systems
• Skilled in using remote access tools such as TeamViewer
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues effectively
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly
• Critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve technical challenges
