Job Responsibilities:
- Provide system analysis, design, and support for enterprise IT applications
- Manage and maintain Atlassian Jira Software Data Centre environments
- Troubleshoot incidents and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Support system enhancements and continuous improvements
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Plan, coordinate, and execute technical tasks effectively
- Support testing, deployment, and documentation activities
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications)
- At least 2 years’ experience in: (1) System analysis and design (2) Projects within DSTA, MINDEF, or SAF environments
- Proven experience in supporting or delivering Jira Data Centre solutions
- Strong skills in system analysis and design
- Hands-on experience with Jira Software Data Centre
- Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- A responsible team player with a commitment to quality delivery
