Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 5–10+ years of experience in data center engineering, capacity planning, or infrastructure management.
• Experience with hyperscale or colocation data centers preferred.
• Proven experience in capacity modeling and forecasting.

Strong knowledge of:

Data center power and cooling systems (UPS, HVAC, CRAC/CRAH)

Rack capacity planning and space optimization

Network and compute infrastructure basics

Familiarity with DCIM tools and monitoring systems.

Understanding of redundancy standards (e.g., N, N+1, 2N)

Data Centre Delivery Services Engineer to lead and support the planning, design, and implementation coordination of data center infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in interpreting DC plans, designing layouts, reviewing vendor submissions, and managing infrastructure implementation in line with technical and operational standards.

The person will be an independent contributor & work with different teams from the client (NW Team , Compute / Server team etc).

Responsibilities

Read, interpret, and validate data centre floor plans and technical drawings

Design and plan DC hall layouts for newly allocated spaces, including rack positioning, structured cabling, power, and cooling design

Review and assess vendor-submitted data centre plans, evaluate proposed technologies, and clarify design justifications

Present findings and proposals to internal stakeholders through clear reports and presentations

Coordinate and oversee the implementation of data centre infrastructure with vendors, contractors, and internal DCO teams

Ensure that implementation follows approved designs and complies with safety, regulatory, and operational standards

Contribute to the improvement of internal design standards and delivery practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in data center design, planning, and implementation coordination

Proven ability to interpret and work with data center schematics and technical layouts

Strong knowledge of rack layout, structured cabling, power distribution, and cooling infrastructure

Experience working with vendors, contractors, and internal engineering teams in infrastructure project delivery

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with regulatory and industry standards in high-availability data centre environments

Background in banking or other mission-critical facilities is preferred

Relevant certifications are highly regarded:

We are looking for a motivated Fresher IT Support Engineer to support the provisioning, imaging, and deployment of desktops and laptops for end users.

This role is ideal for candidates starting their IT career and looking to gain hands-on experience with enterprise IT environments, hardware setup, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

Provision, image, and configure desktops and laptops for new hires and existing users

Install and configure operating systems, standard software, and enterprise applications

Overview 

This role is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for patients and internal customers in our clinics, coordinating care between patients and healthcare providers, providing administrative support for efficient clinic operations, and performing basic clinical tasks to assist in the delivery of healthcare services. This role would also support and guide junior staff in delivery of services within the department. 

Job Responsibilities 

Administrative (70%): 

• Prepares counters and clinic waiting area spaces and facilities to ensure clinic is ready to receive patients.
• Perform patient registration, screening escalations and manage appointment to support care coordination and activities for timely patient treatment and care givers visitation.
• Apply range of infection control and prevention practices at workplace that reduce the risk of transmitting infection including hand hygiene and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Identify hazards and risks to patient's safety in the environment and care delivery process and participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
• Provide pre-test instructions during phone call to confirm attendance.
• Apply established service standard to effectively liaise with patient and manage enquiries from patients and members of the public.
• Assists in audit process by adhering to and providing relevant support documents in accordance to hospital policies and standards.
• Reconcile dropped and cancelled charges for services provided at clinic.
• Assist in developing and reviewing Job Instructions and Job Improvements for department work processes as well as training and equipping junior staff to execute their work correctly, safely and conscientiously.
• Performs clinical Core, Basic and Intermediate/Advanced tasks and able to guide junior staff in performing clinical Core and Basic tasks (refer to Annex A for the list of Clinical Tasks). Monitors and assesses the clinical practices of the junior PSAs. Maintains records and tracks competencies of the PSAs.
• Prepares room, self-screening area, patient and equipment for patient examination. Performs measurement of basic health parameters and assists in minor procedures. Coaches and guides junior PSAs in the preparation of rooms, patients and equipment and assists/performs minor procedures.
• Oversees the coordination and execution of emergency response tasks as designated to junior PSAs.
• Supports patient education initiatives providing post-procedure advise, and other simple patient education to patients and caregivers when necessary. 

Clinical (30%): 

• Performs Core, Basic and/or Intermediate clinical tasks and guides junior staff in performing Clinical Core tasks (refer to Annex A for the list of Clinical Tasks).
• Establishes practice standards in the performance of department relevant clinical procedures, under the guidance of the clinical team.
• Coaches and guides junior PSAs in the preparation of rooms, patients and equipment and assists/performs minor procedures
• Guides junior staff in performing Clinical Core tasks (refer to Annex A for the list of Clinical Tasks).
• Supports patient education initiatives such as providing post-procedure advise, and other simple patient education to patients and caregivers when necessary.
• Demonstrates familiarity with emergency planning and participates in emergency evacuation exercises according to assigned roles and responsibilities.

Qualification Required and Area of Discipline 

• GCE 'N' Level and above 

Required Competencies and Capabilities:

• Preferably with 3 years working experience in healthcare/service industry.  

• Experience in customer service-oriented environment will be an advantage. 

• Good verbal and written communication skills  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email
