·      You’ll develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy for online parts sales.
·      You’ll set up and maintain accurate pricing information for various parts and accessories.
·      You’ll prepare accurate and competitive pricing proposals and monitor and adjust pricing as needed.
·      You’ll ensure compliance with local tax and import/export regulations.
·      You’ll drive sales by following up on high-value parts quotations.
·      You’ll oversee the entire equipment parts sales process, from initial customer contact to order fulfilment.
·      You’ll monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the parts business.
·      You’ll develop and execute strategic sales plans and promotions to achieve revenue targets.
·      You’ll manage the entire lifecycle of spare parts from procurement to delivery.
·      You’ll analyse customer requirements and recommend appropriate parts solutions.
·      You’ll analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
·      Any other additional duties as assigned.
What We Expect of You
·      Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field.
·      Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software.
·      Strong logistics skills are essential
·      Prior parts management experience in the heavy equipment industry, is highly preferred.
·      Ability to analyse data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and make data-driven decisions.
·      Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues related to parts availability, pricing, and logistics.
·      Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
