JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparations of Contract Claims and valuation of work done.
• Prepare quotation / VOs for client.
• Ascertain quantity for finalisation. Prepare Final Claim for Client.
• Obtaining quotations from sub-con, negotiation with sub-con & recommend award.
• Prepare Letter of Award for sub-con.
• Prepare Internal Cert. of work and material done by sub-con.
• Ascertain quantity for finalisation. Prepare final account for sub-con.
• Cost control analysis and project cash flow forecast.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveyor.
• At least 4years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Senior Executives specialising in Aluminium & Glazing industry or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work Shah Alam.
• Full Time position (s) available.

Jawatan Kosong: Operator Backhoe (Operator Jentolak)

Lokasi: Shah Alam, Selangor

Gaji: RM 3,500 / bulan + Bayaran Kerja Lebih Masa (OT)

Waktu Operasi: Isnin – Sabtu, 8:00 PG – 5:00 PTG (Layak untuk OT)

Kami sedang mencari Operator Backhoe yang berpengalaman dan boleh dipercayai untuk menyertai pasukan pembinaan kami bagi projek-projek yang sedang berjalan di Shah Alam. Jika anda mahir, mementingkan keselamatan, dan memenuhi syarat-syarat di bawah, kami ingin mendengar daripada anda!

Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Kendalikan backhoe dengan selamat dan cekap untuk kerja-kerja penggalian, penggalian parit, pemuatan dan penggredan.
• Menjalankan pemeriksaan pra-operasi harian dan pemeriksaan penyelenggaraan rutin ke atas mesin.
• Patuhi arahan penyelia tapak, pelan pembinaan dan peraturan keselamatan dengan ketat.
• Pastikan tapak kerja sentiasa bersih dan selamat semasa dan selepas operasi.

Keperluan:

• Mesti memiliki Lesen JPJ 'H' yang sah (Kelas H - Traktor Bertrek/Beroda/Kren Bergerak).
• Mesti mempunyai Kad Hijau CIDB yang sah (Disahkan oleh CIDB).
• Pengalaman terbukti sebagai Operator Backhoe di tapak pembinaan.
• Kesihatan fizikal yang baik dan komitmen yang tinggi terhadap keselamatan tempat kerja.
• Tepat masa, bertanggungjawab dan boleh bekerja secara bebas atau dalam pasukan.

Faedah & Imbuhan:

• Gaji Pokok: RM 3,500
• Kerja Lebih Masa (OT): Tersedia dan dibayar sewajarnya

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Backhoe Operator to join our construction team for ongoing projects in Shah Alam. If you are skilled, safety-conscious, and meet the requirements below, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the backhoe safely and efficiently for excavation, trenching, loading, and grading works.
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on the machinery.
• Follow site supervisor instructions, construction plans, and safety regulations strictly.
• Ensure the work site is kept clean and safe during and after operations.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid JPJ 'H' License (Class H - Tracked/Wheeled Tractor/Mobile Crane).
• Must have a valid CIDB Green Card (Certified by CIDB).
• Proven experience as a Backhoe Operator on construction sites.
• Good physical health and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
