As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the heart of our projects, working closely with experienced professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in project costing, feasibility studies, and preparing cash flows.
- Preparing project budgets and supporting various related tasks.
- Using the latest QS software to prepare bills of quantities for tenders.
- Helping with post-contract duties to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Daily reporting to HQ including travelling to HQ biweekly/monthly or as requested.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years with consultant experienced or fresh graduates' candidates are welcome to apply.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- To be based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
- Malaysian citizens only.
