Job Descriptions:

• To Assist and carry out general administration and office operation functions at the project site.
• To coordinate between the project site and HQ office.
• To manage document control such as filing, scanning, general paperwork, etc.
• Assists in the preparation and compilation of weekly/monthly reports;
• Attend site meeting and verify progress report.
• Assists in the recording of meeting file notes and minutes, 
• Defects data entry and tracking
• Compiles defects report for CCM and management meetings.
• To carry out quality control of contractor's performance with respect to specified materials, workmanship and construction details.
• Supervise, monitor and coordinate all daily site activities and adhere to document control procedure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records including approvals, work progress, inspection reports, drawings and other related documentation.
• Any others assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Minimum SPM.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Computer literate (MS Office & MS Excel).

• Able to work independently, good communication and self-starter
• Experience in the supervision and coordination of construction activities - landed residential project. Fresh graduates with willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Tanggungjawab Utama

• Menyediakan dan memantau kos projek/tapak.
• Menganalisis kos projek dan mengenal pasti varians kos.
• Sahkan invois pembekal, pesanan pembelian dan pesanan penghantaran.
• Menyediakan laporan kos untuk pihak pengurusan.
• Pantau kos bahan, buruh dan subkontraktor.
• Membantu dalam penutupan akaun bulanan dan penyelarasan akaun.
• Menyediakan laporan SST dan membantu dalam penyerahan SST, memastikan pematuhan dengan peraturan terkini.
• Mengekalkan rekod perakaunan dan kos yang tepat.
• Menyelaras dengan Pengurus Projek, Jurutera Tapak, Jabatan Pembelian dan juruaudit luaran/ejen cukai apabila diperlukan.
• Melaksanakan tugas-tugas ad hoc lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan.

Keperluan

1. Diploma atau Ijazah dalam bidang Perakaunan, Kewangan atau bidang berkaitan.
2. Minimum 1–3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan.
3. Pengalaman dalam industri pembinaan dan pengiraan kos projek/tapak adalah satu kelebihan tambahan.
4. Pengetahuan tentang penyediaan dan pematuhan SST adalah diutamakan.
5. Mahir dalam Microsoft Excel dan perisian perakaunan (AutoCount)
6. Kemahiran analitikal, organisasi dan komunikasi yang kuat.
7. Bertanggungjawab, teliti, dan boleh bekerja secara bebas sambil memenuhi tarikh akhir.

主要職責

• 編制並監控專案/現場成本。
• 分析專案成本並找出成本差異。
• 核對供應商發票、採購訂單和送貨單。
• 為管理層準備成本報告。
• 監控材料、人工和分包商成本。
• 協助進行每月帳戶結算和帳戶核對。
• 準備SST報告並協助提交SST報告，確保符合最新法規。
• 保持準確的會計和成本會計記錄。
• 必要時與專案經理、現場工程師、採購部門和外部審計師/稅務代理人協調。
• 執行管理層指派的其他臨時性任務。

要求

1. 會計、金融或相關領域的文憑或學位。
2. 至少1-3年相關工作經驗。
3. 擁有建築業經驗和專案/現場成本會計經驗者優先考慮。
4. 具備SST編制和合規的知識者優先考慮。
5. 精通微軟Excel和會計軟體（AutoCount）
6. 較強的分析能力、組織能力及溝通能力。
7. 責任感強，注重細節，能夠在獨立工作的同時按時完成任務。

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant (Site Costing) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project/site costing.
• Analyze project costs and identify cost variances.
• Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
• Prepare costing reports for management.
• Monitor material, labour, and subcontractor costs.
• Assist in monthly account closing and account reconciliations.
• Prepare SST reports and assist in SST submission, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations.
• Maintain accurate accounting and costing records.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Purchasing Department, and external auditors/tax agents when required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
3. Experience in the construction industry and project/site costing is an added advantage.
4. Knowledge of SST preparation and compliance is preferred.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (AutoCount)
6. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
7. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
