• Fully conversant with the requirements and responsibilities as set out in MOM guidelines and Acts, where this can be used to settle identified conflict between corporate and government responsibilities, if any;
• Display &promote Exyte Corporate Ethics and Leadership principles;
• Assume Project Manager’s day to day responsibilities should the Project Manager is not fulltime on site; 
• Package owner for selected temporary / prelim packages;
• Review relevant tender packages pre-bid / post bid;
• Maintain, update & follow project specific construction related SOP’s;
• Responsible of managing Exyte general workers on site in the absence of Site/Construction Manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil/Structural Engineering
• Diploma holders with additional 2 - 3years’ experience unless equated with professional certifications
• Minimum years of experience: 12 - 15years of related professional experience including minimum 3 years in leadership capacity
• Experience in the implementation of different construction methods including RC precast and cast in situ structure and steel framed building construction
• Previous project experience in microelectronics, semi-conductor and pharmaceutical construction projects
• Experience in the coordination of all disciplines during a typical construction project
• Further experience of external works and various external architectural finishes is desirable
