Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Quantity Surveyor who is capable of managing the full spectrum of QS functions independently. This role requires a high level of autonomy, as you will be responsible for the entire submission process and contractual management at the site level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Set Submissions: Manage the complete cycle of documentation, including progress claims, Variation Orders (VO), and Final Accounts.
• Contractual Claims: Independently prepare and submit Extension of Time (EOT), Loss and Expense (L&E) claims, and other contractual justifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily construction activities, including workforce allocation for site teams and subcontractors to meet project schedules
• Liaise with consultants to resolve site issues related to drawings, schedules, and as-built conditions to maintain project accuracy

Required competencies and certifications

• BCA certification such as SCAL’s Construction Superintendent or PMP certification
• MOM Safety Supervisor certification (advantageous but not mandatory)
