Job Title: Construction Manager
Salary: S$3,000 – S$5,500 per month (depending on experience)

As we scale our operations, we are looking for a driven and experienced Construction Manager to lead our project delivery teams and drive excellence on the ground.
About the Role
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. As Construction Manager, you will take full ownership of project delivery — from pre-construction planning through to handover — while managing teams, stakeholders, and compliance requirements to ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end management of construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and own project schedules, work programs, and delivery milestones
- Drive daily site operations and resolve on-site issues decisively
- Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
Stakeholder & Contract Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
- Manage contractor and supplier relationships, including tendering, appointment, and performance monitoring
- Review and administer contracts, variation orders, and progress claims
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure full compliance with BCA regulations, HDB guidelines, NEA requirements, and relevant statutory authorities
- Oversee implementation of quality control procedures and site inspections
- Maintain all project permits, approvals, and regulatory submissions
Financial & Resource Management
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and monthly cost reports
- Monitor procurement, material deliveries, and resource allocation to prevent delays
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety
Safety Leadership
- Champion a strong safety culture across all project sites
- Ensure compliance with WSH Act, BizSAFE requirements, and site safety plans
- Lead toolbox meetings, safety audits, and incident investigations where required
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients
- Maintain comprehensive project records including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and site diaries
- Track KPIs and ensure lessons learned are captured and applied to future projects
Requirements
Qualifications (Optional)
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline
- BCA-recognised qualifications preferred
Experience
- Candidates without diploma / degree - Minimum 5 years of relevant construction project management experience
- Candidates with diploma / degree - minimum 2 years relevant construction project management experience
- Experience managing HDB, BTO, condo, commercial, or industrial projects is advantageous
Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of BCA regulations, HDB guidelines, and Singapore construction standards
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD (basic), and MS Office Suite
- Familiar with contract administration (SIA/PSSCOC or similar)

- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across all stakeholder levels
- Sound judgment, decisiveness, and problem-solving ability under pressure
