Manage tender projects and on-going projects

• Prepare contract documents, and take-off measurement,
• Provide cost estimate and tender submission

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• 2 years of working experience in the related field

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• 5 years of working experience in the related field

Responsibilities

• Review structural steel & metal works drawings, specifications, and designs to determine materials, steel grades, connections, and fabrication methods for accurate project analysis
• Measure steel sections, plates, bolts, and fittings including wastage allowances to perform precise quantity take-offs
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and project budgets covering fabrication, transport, erection, labor, and overheads
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes, negotiate rates, manage contract variations, and ensure compliance with project scope during tendering and contract management
• Track actual costs against estimates, manage progress claims, approve payments, and identify opportunities for cost savings to control project expenses
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to verify materials and fabrication meet specifications, incorporating rework or non-conformance costs into budgets
• Identify financial, material, and schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies to manage project changes effectively
• Maintain accurate records and prepare cost reports, forecasts, and final accounts to support management decision-making
