Job Responsibilities
Prepare and evaluate tenders for public and private sector projects
Involved in marine and land-based, local and overseas projects
Perform quantity take-offs using relevant software
Prepare cost estimates, pricing, and commercial proposals
Support procurement activities
Participate in value engineering and technical discussions
Attend site visits and tender interviews when required
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (marine project exposure preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Independent, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
