Requirements

• Able to work at 68000 Ampang, Selangor, will be in charge inventory management.
• Monday to Friday (full day), Saturday (alternate and flexible).

Responsibility

• Receive orders from customer, clarify requirements, prepare accurate sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
• Schedule deliveries or third-party couriers
• Assist in payment collection and follow up on outstanding customer accounts
• Liaise with suppliers/vendors on purchase orders
• Verify supplier invoices and delivery notes against purchase orders
• Coordinate routine maintenance and inspections for company delivery vehicles
• Lead the warehouse team in stock counts, picking, packing, and inventory reconciliation
• Report discrepancies in inventory or damaged goods promptly
• Any other task as per required
• Responsible for full set of accounts includes general accounting, account receivable, account payable, cash flow, bank reconciliation, monthly closing, tax, and treasury issues.
• Overall in-charge of accounts administrative work.

To provide general administrative duties, support the sales team and other ad hoc duties when required.

Handle frontline clerical duties:

• Attend to telephone calls and answering general enquiries
• Receive walk-in visitors
• Provide general administrative and project-based work support

Support duties:

• Key in invoices
• Receiving stocks
• Transferring stocks
• Inventories control

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.45pm
• alternate Saturdays - 8.30am to 12.30pm

Requirements

• West area
• Skill: Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Min. O’ Levels or equivalent with passes in English, Chinese and Mathematics
• Bilingual in English and Chinese, both oral and written so as to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers / suppliers
• At least 1 year of similar working experience is a plus.
• Team player and a fast learner, someone who is energetic with good people management skills and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Able to start immediately.
• Singaporeans only.

Job Responsibilities:

• To support marcomms work in Student Development Office (SDO), for a critical period in July till Sept
• SDO will organise the NP Inter-School Games and Poly Forum 2026 from July to September, temporary staff can assist with design, social media, and on-ground operations support

Pre-requisites:

• Experience in marcomms, project management, and social media

Working Hours:

• 08:30am - 06:00pm, Mon - Thu
• 08.30am - 5:30pm, Fri
• No duty on Weekends or Public Holiday
