Keperluan:

• Mesti mempunyai pengalaman pemprosesan gaji minimum 2 tahun.
• Mesti mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Diploma dalam Pengajian Perniagaan/Pentadbiran/Pengurusan, Pengurusan Sumber Manusia atau mana-mana bidang yang berkaitan.
• Mahir dalam MS Office, Excel, sistem penggajian kerajaan.
• Pengetahuan yang baik tentang Undang-undang Buruh Malaysia.
• Kemahiran analitikal yang baik, perhatian terhadap perincian, kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain payroll information by directing collection, preparing calculation, and presenting data.
• Update payroll records and review and approve changes.
• Prepare listings on earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and nontaxable wages.
• Determine payroll liabilities by checking the calculations.
• Balance the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Liaise with statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and EIS for any claim or ad-hoc issue
• Reconcile payroll related GL accounts.

Requirements:

• Must have minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, or any relevant field.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, government payroll system.
• Good knowledge of Malaysia Labor Legislation.
• Good analytical skills, attention to details, problem solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We are hiring an Admin Associate Trainee to support our dental clinic’s daily operations. This is a hands-on administrative role that covers scheduling, billing, claims processing, records management, and patient coordination. What You Will Do 

• Coordinate patient appointments and manage the clinic’s daily schedule 

• Handle payment collection and process dental claims via CHAS, Medisave, and insurance portals 

• Maintain clinic records, fill out forms, and ensure timely submission of reports 

• Manage office and dental supply inventory and ordering 

• Welcome patients, attend to walk-ins, and handle phone and email enquiries 

• Perform other administrative duties to ensure smooth clinic operations 

What You Need 

• Diploma or degree in any discipline 

• Good written and verbal communication skills 

• Proficient with basic computer applications (MS Office, email, data entry) 

• Able to work rotating day shifts including at least one weekend day 

• No prior experience needed — comprehensive training provided
