Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and professional Personal Driver to provide chauffeuring support to Senior Management and the Executive Office, including family members and VIP guests.
The ideal candidate is experienced, safety-conscious, and familiar with Singapore roads, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and timely chauffeuring services for Senior Management and the Executive Office, including family members and VIP guests.
- Plan routes efficiently and adjust to traffic conditions when required.
- Run errands and provide general support as assigned.
- Always maintain cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned vehicle (including daily washing).
- Ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle, including servicing, refueling, and cash card top-ups.
- Keep accurate records of receipts and expenses.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers as the priority.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a driver
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record and safe driving practices
- Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations
- Good in using navigation applications effectively
- Reliable, punctual, independent and responsible
- Able to work overtime on short notice, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays when required
- Willing to be on standby at all times
- Able to travel at short notice, including possible trips to Malaysia
Working Hours:
Split Shift (Monday to Sunday):
- 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Rest Day: 1 day per week (based on roster)
Additional Information:
- Company vehicle will be provided and must be parked at the designated location at the end of working hours
