Responsibilities:

• As a Personal Wealth Executive within the Personal Banking business, you will be responsible for rendering financial advisory to the bank's mass-market customers. You are expected to achieve individual sales target while ensuring accurate and timely completion of the entire sales and compliance process.
• Provide prudent financial advisory and investment solutions to meet the financial planning needs and requirements of Bank’s clients
• Develop and deepen relationships with clients who have been assigned to you
• Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements (i.e. FAA and other related statutory Acts)

Period:

• Permanent

Salary:

• Up to $3800 + Commission + $300 position allowance (which will be verbally shared by the HR)

Working hours:

• As per bank branch working hours

Location:

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end registry processing operations (registrations/renewals), ensuring consistent application of requirements and compliance with TAEPP standards.
• Establish and monitor data quality controls (validation checks, reconciliations, periodic reviews) to maintain integrity of the registry database.
• Manage frontline service delivery (query handling, case management), including triage, coaching, and consistent responses for stakeholders.
• Coordinate operational readiness for onboarding/migration activities and maintain up-to-date operational documentation.
• Plan resources and manage queues during peak cycles; identify root causes of recurring issues and drive process improvements to reduce rework and improve turnaround time.
• Set, track and meet service standards (turnaround times); oversee exception handling and escalate complex/policy-sensitive cases as needed.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and governance for key decisions and exceptions; conduct periodic quality reviews.
• Ensure personal data-handling compliance across registry operations (confidentiality, access controls, secure recordkeeping).

Period: Immediate till 31 December 2026

Location: Eunos

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to $4,000

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder with at least 1 year of administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of registry systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Experience in customer service, shared services, and/or operations support environment.
• Strong Excel skills for data checking and reporting; experience with case/ticketing systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders for Local and Regional sales team (including online platforms)
• Prepare shipping documents for custom clearance (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Quality, Form D, etc.)
• Handle and monitor Letter of Credit verifications
• Update product inventories on E-commerce platforms
• Maintain and update stock allocation sheet
• Liaise with factory and forwarders on shipping and logistics arrangements
• Coordinate with customers and logistics team on delivery schedules
• Assist sales team with AR monitoring for payments and credit limits (DSO)
• Prepare Loan Goods Forms for road show events
• Issue Goods Return/Exchange for faulty sets
• Handle product enquiries from customers

• Able to work alternate Saturdays and late during month-end when required
