Job Summary

The Junior Administrative Executive at Rapid Power Solutions Pte Ltd supports daily office operations by managing communications, scheduling meetings, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence to maintain effective communication
• Prepare job, purchasing, and delivery orders accurately to support operational needs
• Maintain and organize records to ensure documentation is current and accessible
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings to optimize team coordination
• Coordinate material collection with the Operations Team to support project timelines
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks to facilitate overall office efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum GCE "O" levels or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in construction or logistics involving coordination and planning
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
