Job Summary
Buildo Engineering PTE LTD seeks a responsible Admin Assistant to support procurement operations by managing supplier communications, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and procurement records to ensure efficient department functioning.
Responsibilities
- Source and communicate with suppliers and vendors to support procurement needs
- Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and invoices accurately to facilitate purchasing
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on orders to ensure timely receipt of goods
- Maintain organized procurement documentation and filing systems for easy retrieval
- Support inventory tracking and coordinate with the operations team to align stock levels
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned to support department efficiency
- Communicate clearly with team members and external contacts to ensure smooth workflows
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage procurement data and documentation effectively
- Work independently and collaboratively within the team to achieve department goals
