Job Description:
- Familiar with local employment act and good HR practices.
- Handle daily phone Calls and Incoming / outgoing emails
- Conducts interview and assessment of applicants
- Willing to learn and apply new grants
- Purchasing of office supplies and stationery
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure working office facilities
- Assist in organising events for staff
- Documentation filing
- Maintain cleanliness of pantry
- Manage inventory of IT equipment and basic IT troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility & work effectively both independently& with a team
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- ‘Can do’ work attitude is a must.
- Enthusiastic and positive team player with a “No task is too small attitude”
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
