Job Summary

Manage financial transactions and support sales and marketing operations to ensure accurate accounting and smooth administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes to maintain accurate financial records
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to verify and balance company accounts
• Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure timely financial reporting
• Prepare and submit GST reports and claims in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide administrative and logistics support to the sales and marketing team to facilitate operational efficiency
• Coordinate sales activities, manage documentation, and perform general administrative duties to support business functions

• Identify and develop business opportunities with utility companies and system integrators.
• Provide technical sales support on protection switchgear and control systems.
• Review tender specifications and prepare compliant technical-commercial proposals.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering.
• Candidates with technical sales experience in the utilities or power industry are preferred.
