Work on those matters - What you’ll be doing

• Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of Action Sales Plan;
• Assists or drives new initiatives or, especially in new product/service launches with speed and effectiveness to financial institutions or business corporations
• Responsibility for the sales process from initial point of contact, presentations, proposals, through contract negotiations and execution. Meet/exceed minimum monthly and annual sales objectives;
• Canvassing for new accounts, develop customer base, appraise key business opportunities in our market segments;
• Responsible for the effective management and servicing of existing and potential customers including the development and growth of accounts to optimize profits.
• Responsible for key accounts management and development of strategic; relationships with corporate clients to ensure continuous repeat business with the Bureau;
• Responsible for realizing the committed revenue targets;
• Identify opportunities to link up with financial institutions or other targeted segment through back-end integration and work closely with clients and IT to ensure the implementation and completion of projects
• Actively participate in events, conference, seminars or other promotional activities.
• Respond promptly and decisively to customers’ requirements through effective communication and co-ordination with various internal departments.
• Other projects or matters may assign to support revenue targets in futures.

More about you

• Bachelor (or above) degree in Business/ Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years (for an account management role) or experience in sales, business development, partnerships or equivalent role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
• Ability to liaise with C suite/ Senior Management / Key decision makers is desirable.
• Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to lead complex, multi-faceted deals.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

Job Description

• Position Title: Sales Executive / Account Manager
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Commission + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through methods such as cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain positive and long-term relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and clearly explain the benefits of our printing and IT services.
• Respond to customer questions and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
• Review market information to identify new sales opportunities and adjust sales approaches when needed.
• Prepare clear and competitive quotations and proposals. Effectively explaining our value to customers is important for this role.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure products and services are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system, and provide regular sales updates and forecasts to the sales manager.

1. Audit professional with one or more of the following qualifications:

1.1 Bachelor degree in Accounting;

1.2 Possess CA Singapore Qualifications will be an advantage;

1.3 Possess other professional accountancy qualifications from recognized accountancy bodies that

are recognized in Singapore including ACCA / ICAEW /Singapore CA/ CPA Australia or equivalent;

2. Big 4 audit experience preferred. Candidates from the mid-tier audit firms will be considered.

3. Minimum of 5 years in auditing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role and currently working in the

audit profession preferred.

4. Knowledge and competent to handle all auditing areas and the International Financial Reporting

Standards and the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Knowledge and experience of US

Generally Accepted Accounting Principles will be an advantage.

5. Required language: Fluent in verbal and written English.

6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

7. Salary commensurate with work experience in auditing.

8. Able to start at short notice will be an advantage.

9. To be able to contribute to the Firm and can grow the Firm’s client base.

10. Strong technical knowledge will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts to support business operations

• Review and approve cash-related transactions

• Liaise with banks and financial institutions on treasury matters

• Support the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis against budget

• Report financial performance and relevant information to headquarters

• Oversee month-end closing and ensure timely preparation of financial statements

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and internal accounting policies

• Coordinate with auditors on half-yearly reviews, J-SOX compliance, and annual statutory audits

• Support audit processes, including planning, testing, and responding to auditor queries

• Liaise with tax agents on corporate tax matters and ensure timely tax filing

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns in compliance with regulations

• Coordinate with corporate secretarial service providers on statutory matters and filings with ACRA

• Support the development of team members through training and knowledge sharing

• Participate in staff performance reviews and development discussions

• Work with HR on recruitment and team development initiatives

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen financial controls and processes

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency

• Support system enhancements to improve accounting and reporting processes

• Assist with ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance

• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and taxation

• Experience working with accounting systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across functions
