About the role

TADA is looking for an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of corporate and business accounts on our ride-hailing platform. You will be the primary relationship owner for B2B clients — managing their onboarding, day-to-day needs, and long-term account health — while handling qualified inbound leads from our Business Development pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of corporate accounts (SMEs to enterprise), serving as the primary point of contact for all TADA Business clients

Key Responsibilities

Maintain Customer Relationships and Account Growth

• Build strategic relationships with buyers, category managers, group category managers and supply/online operations with the largest grocery retail group and/or other assigned accounts.

Job Summary

Workflow Management

• Sets up, monitors and updates all deliverables via the workflow planner in a timely manner. 
• Oversees the accuracy and completeness of the workflow planner for the team.

Systems

• Understands and uses best practice on accounting platform/s.
• Understands and becomes knowledgeable on how to generate reports using reporting platform/s.

Risks

• Champions compliance by ensuring relevant procedures, checklists and SSAE requirements are adhered to and completed to mitigate errors.
• Report any breaches, complaints, or errors to appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
• Acquires knowledge of risk factors and potential breach.
• Monitors and oversees drafts reports and compliance cases with root cause information.  In the absence of a Senior Accountant, will draft the error reports/compliance cases, corrective actions and preventive measures based on collected root cause information in a timely manner.

• Manage key accounts by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Develop new sales from both new and existing customers to drive market expansion
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver integrated solutions that meet customer requirements
• Ensure prompt and effective pre-sales and post-sales customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Conduct bi-monthly educational sessions with customer groups to promote product knowledge and engagement
• Meet or exceed performance KPIs to contribute to overall business objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to construction or finance industries as a bonus
• Experience working in a System Integrator environment
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills to engage and influence diverse customer groups
• Apply a systematic approach to opportunity development to maximize sales potential
• Proven ability to develop new sales and negotiate effectively with clients
• Exhibit energetic, dynamic, independent, and driven work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation

• Prepare monthly/yearly financial reports, cash flow and management accounts

• Handle costing and manufacturing accounting functions

• Monitor inventory, production costing and stock reconciliation

• Handle GST submission and liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, government authority and submitting surveys

• Process payroll, CPF contributions, IR8A submission and include work permits applications and renewals

• Maintain and update accounting, payroll and ERP system

• Manage HR matters including staff records, leave and onboarding

• Oversee office administration and general documentation

• Maintain and update accounting, payroll and ERP system

• Provide basic IT coordination and software support for office operations

• Liaise with software vendors for payroll, accounting and ERP systems

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements

• Support management on finance, operational matters and ad hoc requirements
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting, HR and payroll

• Experience in manufacturing accounting and costing is preferred
