Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching and securing government projects and commercial sector deals, managing the entire IT sales process, and building strong relationships with new and existing clients. This role focuses on IT Software solutions, dealing with enterprise-level projects. Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven track record in IT sales, preferably in government and commercial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of IT software solutions, enterprise projects, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience in managing tender processes and government procurement would be an advantage.

• Lead the planning and governance of comprehensive IT disaster recovery exercises for regional and global data centers.

• Facilitate workshops to capture technical recovery needs and integrate them into comprehensive runbooks.
• Provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams to improve disaster recovery plans and overall system readiness.
• Monitor and report on IT resiliency maturity while ensuring alignment with global risk and change control processes.

Your role as an Analyst in our Advisory team will include:

• Support the team in origination, structuring & execution efforts across M&A, token and equity transactions
• Assist with the preparation of presentation materials, including information memorandums, management presentations, marketing materials & pitchbooks
• Assist with the construction of detailed financial models to evaluate company performance and analyze the impact of different capital / transaction structures
• Assist with the review & design of token economics concepts, token models & whitepapers
• Assist with the evaluating & analyzing new business opportunities and selection of new mandates
• Client coverage & process management including strategic analysis, due diligence & business / thematic research

Qualifications

• Previous experience in investment banking (M&A, capital raising) is preferred but not required
• Keen interest in (but necessarily working experience in) blockchain/Web3
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; creative, entrepreneurial, and able to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment
• Ability to multi-task and juggle competing deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive learner who is able to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong sense of ownership and professional drive
