Job Summary
Manage accounting operations and ensure timely delivery of client accounts while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating cross-departmental efforts to meet regulatory deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting processes to deliver accurate client accounts on schedule
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing responsive and professional service
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure monthly accounts and clients’ annual regulatory compliance with ACRA and IRAS deadlines
- Operate Corppass and IRAS tax portal systems proficiently to support tax and regulatory submissions
- Travel to client offices to perform monthly accounting tasks and ensure service quality
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and IRAS Tax Portal System
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in an accounting or commercial firm
- Tertiary education in accountancy
- Good command of spoken and written English
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Willingness to learn and adopt AI accounting tools
