Key Responsibilities
1. Bookkeeping & Accounting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Organise and maintain invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
• Use Quickbook accounting software for day-to-day bookkeeping
2. Reporting & Reconciliation
• Prepare basic monthly financial summaries (income and
expenses)
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Support ad-hoc financial reports for management and programmes

Requirements
• Prior experience in accounting, finance, GST or bookkeeping
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and accounting software QuickBook
• Basic understanding of IRAS, withhold Tax compliance requirements is preferred
