We are looking for a highly skilled SAP SD Central Key User (m/f/diverse) to join our team at Continental Tires Manila Business Services, Inc.

As a key member of our CKU team, you will manage, optimize, and support sales‑related SAP SD processes, ensuring smooth operational performance and enabling critical business functions within the Tire division. Working closely with global colleagues, you will drive the strategic development of SAP SD capabilities and ensure the successful implementation of initiatives related to process support, solution development, user training, and continuous improvement across all regions.

What You'll Do:

  • Contribute to the upcoming S/4HANA integration project, focusing on process optimization, change management, specification, implementation, training, and rollout.
  • Drive automation initiatives using KNIME and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Empower local key users by providing expert guidance to enhance and streamline their sales processes.
  • Translate business needs into system solutions by specifying, evaluating, and approving change requests.
  • Ensure system reliability by testing and validating enhancements in the productive SAP SD environment.
  • Resolve issues efficiently by managing service requests and error tickets via the BMC Helix ticketing system.
  • Drive user adoption through engaging training sessions and documentation in formats such as OneNote, PowerPoint, and video.
  • Foster collaboration by organizing and participating in international key user meetings.
  • Align business needs across the tire division within a unified ERP framework.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with central key users from Finance, Controlling, Purchasing, and other SAP modules.
