Main job responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for supplier performance and business relationship, building professional and long-term supplier relationship through IKEA way of doing business, based on a shared business model, trust and transparency
- Implement category strategy and strategic plan, drive constant supplier performance development from all aspects (Cost, Quality & Food Safety, Sustainability, Logistic)
- Work closely with business team and collaborate with related stakeholders in end-to-end Ikea food value chain (e.g. Retail, Range Area, Supply Chain Operation etc.)
- Lower total cost through value chain optimization, partner with suppliers to continuously enhance the competitiveness
- Act as ambassador of IKEA values, with fact-based business leadership
