As a Project Engineer, you will have strong skills in work-plan development and progress tracking. •A bachelor’s degree in Bio-Tech / Mechanical engineering from an accredited university or college.

About The Role

The Director of Marketing Communications is accountable for defining and steering the regional marketing agenda in alignment with global strategy, ensuring coordinated execution and commercial impact across APAC markets. About You

• Support selected mall-wide campaigns and execute 360° marketing initiatives when required.
• Develop and manage customer loyalty programmes, including onboarding programme partners to drive footfall and shopper spend.

Requirement

• Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial or team lead role within mall A&P, event monetisation, sponsorship sales or similar commercial functions.
• Proven track record in managing revenue targets, budgets, forecasts and ROI analysis.
• Strong commercial and numerical ability; comfortable working with pricing, commissions, discounts and financial data.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; willing to learn new systems and tools
• Self-motivated, professional and adaptable, with strong people management and leadership skills.

The programme aims to support fresh graduates, with no prior working experience, from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions), amid uncertainties in the economy.
