Job Overview

The Assistant HR Manager (Payroll and HR Operations) is responsible for overseeing payroll processes and ensuring HR operations are efficient and compliant with regulatory standards. This role requires a thorough understanding of payroll systems, HR policies, and employee relations, providing support to the HR department in handling payroll processing, HR compliance, and operational tasks. The individual will play a key role in improving HR operations to enhance employee satisfaction and ensure accurate payroll administration.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the payroll system and performing payroll duties, including identifying, verifying and resolving discrepancies for local and overseas payroll
• Handle monthly payroll processing, including income tax, reimbursements, CPF payments, and tax filings for both local and foreign employees
• Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, tax filing for both local and foreign employees
• Liaising with statutory bodies – IRAS, MOM, CPF, etc., with regards to employees’ remuneration
• Handle employees‘ queries on payroll related matters promptly
• Administer staff benefits and claims in accordance with Company policies
• Participating in continuous change management and payroll process streamlining
• Conduct market compensation & benefit benchmarking to ensure the competitiveness of benefit package
• Responds to all EEOC and other employee legal claims
• Prepare and submit surveys (MOM, CPF, SNEF, IMDA, Department of Statistics Singapore, etc.)
• Handle government claims and grants (e.g. NS/ Maternity/ Paternity/ PSG, etc)
• Oversee application and renewal of company licenses
• Supervise, train and develop the HR & Admin Team
• Administering project preparation
• Conduct regular review on payroll and HR processes to ensure adherence to compliance standards
• Manage WICA, Foreign Medical Insurance, and Public Liability Insurance
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Degree in Human Resource or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on payroll experience
• Good knowledge of the Employment Act, HR regulations, and payroll practices.
• Detail-oriented and problem solver
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

The Manufacturing Technician (Chemical) will be responsible for:

Supporting chemical manufacturing operations by carrying out production activities in accordance with established work instructions, quality requirements, and safety standards to ensure efficient and reliable plant operations.

• Operate and perform various stages of chemical manufacturing processes in accordance with work instructions and established safety procedures.
• Carry out forklift and stacker operations, where required, to support production and material handling activities.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or an equivalent qualification in Chemical Process Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in a chemical plant or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of or experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and/or Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is an advantage.
• Possession of a valid forklift driving licence is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and follow established safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

We are seeking a strategically minded, execution-driven Senior Product Manager to own and advance a portfolio of critical payment and financial infrastructure products spanning consumer & business payments, API integrations, card issuance (virtual ）, and FX/OTC trading solutions.

Payment Products (App & Web)

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for MetaComp’s mobile and web payment platforms, delivering seamless, intuitive user experiences for fiat and digital-asset-linked transactions.
• Drive end-to-end product development from concept and UX design through build, testing, and deployment; translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, user-friendly product solutions.
• Define and optimise product KPIs, user experience metrics, and funnel performance using analytics and user feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market planning, value propositions, and client-facing documentation.

API & Infrastructure Products

• Own Backbone API integrations that connect payment service providers, FX, settlement, and custody workflows to internal systems.
• Manage technical relationships with external service providers, card processors, banking partners, and scheme networks; ensure SLAs, testing protocols, and integration standards are met.
• Define API requirements, conduct testing (Postman, Apifox, or equivalent), and monitor performance to ensure robust, reliable service delivery.

Card Issuance (Virtual & Physical)

• Lead the product strategy for card issuance programs including virtual cards, prepaid, debit, and corporate card solutions across consumer and enterprise segments.
• Manage programs end-to-end: from partner selection (issuer processors, BIN sponsors, card schemes) to feature design (spend controls, tokenization, FX, rewards, limits, transaction monitoring).
• Ensure regulatory and operational readiness across compliance, risk, and operations teams; oversee integrations with payment networks and third-party vendors.

FX, OTC & Digital Asset Products

• Own the FX and OTC trade lifecycle including pricing, quoting, execution, hedging, settlement, and ledger booking.
• Drive product development for crypto and digital asset workflows—spot/OTC trading, liquidity sourcing, wallet management, and on-chain/off-chain settlement.
• Ensure seamless interoperability across front-office, middle-office, and back-office systems; anticipate regulatory and operational risks and embed controls into product design.

Cross-Cutting Leadership

• Lead agile delivery processes, sprint planning, roadmap prioritisation, and cross-team coordination across multiple product domains.
• Conduct competitive and market landscape analysis to ensure strong positioning across payments, card, and FX/digital asset segments.
• Mentor junior product managers and raise the bar on documentation quality, execution rigor, and product practices.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, banking, trading, or digital asset platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following domains:
• Consumer or B2B payment products (mobile/web, fiat or digital asset payments);
• API-first infrastructure and platform integrations;
• Card issuance ecosystems (Visa, Mastercard, issuer processing, BIN sponsorship, virtual/physical cards);
• FX/OTC markets, trade lifecycle, and/or digital asset trading & custody.
• Strong understanding of payment rails, transaction flows, authorization, clearing, settlement, and dispute management.
• Proven track record of 0-to-1 product launches and scaling products in fast-paced, regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project execution, and communication skills; ability to influence senior leadership and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with experience in SQL, product analytics, or data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across multiple of the four domains (Payments, API, Card, FX/Digital Assets) in a single role or career trajectory.
• Exposure to MAS or equivalent regulated financial services environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Apifox) and modern payment infrastructure.
• Experience with post-trade processing, reconciliation, settlement systems, or ledger booking.
• Knowledge of embedded finance, stablecoins, cross-border payments, or RWA tokenization.
• Prior experience in high-growth startup or scaling fintech environments.
