Job Scope

• Update stock system accurately for goods received. Check acknowledged delivery orders to purchase orders and generate goods received notes to be passed to accounts department.
• Print customer invoices and preapre for mailing every week.
• Maintain stock system accurately with last buy and selling price, product photos, description and quantity.
• Create new stock code and description accurately.
• Immediately investigate and rectify any discrepancies between physical stock and system stock.
• Other inventory related work assigned by superior.

Qualifications & experience

• STPM / Diploma graduates / Degree
• Fluent in English, Chinese (advantage) and Bahasa and able to write well in English. 
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and Words confidently. 
• Lighting sales experience will be an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Dialux or other lighting design software / Project management experience will be a plus.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Address walk-in customers' lighting needs & regular interior designers enquiries.
• Handle customers' enquiries, received via email, WhatsApp and phone.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations sent.
• Generate sales pipeline and follow up sales leads, ensuring timely communication to track prospects from initial contact to closed sale.
• Deliver excellent sales and after sales service to customers.
• Timely response to customer enquiries and feedbacks.
• Promote company products to existing customers and explore opportunities with new customers.
• Manage payment collections from own customers in accordance with The Company terms.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design and prepare artwork for printing matters such as annual reports, prospectus covers, booklets, leaflets, posters and etc.
• Work with clients to confirm artwork and arrange proper coordination before printing.

Requirements:

• Willing to work on Saturdays (9am - 1pm).
• Willing to work late.
• Able to work independently.
• Training will be provided (if required).
