Responsibility

• Receive orders from customer, clarify requirements, prepare accurate sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
• Schedule deliveries or third-party couriers
• Assist in payment collection and follow up on outstanding customer accounts
• Liaise with suppliers/vendors on purchase orders
• Verify supplier invoices and delivery notes against purchase orders
• Coordinate routine maintenance and inspections for company delivery vehicles
• Lead the warehouse team in stock counts, picking, packing, and inventory reconciliation
• Report discrepancies in inventory or damaged goods promptly
• Any other task as per required
• Responsible for full set of accounts includes general accounting, account receivable, account payable, cash flow, bank reconciliation, monthly closing, tax, and treasury issues.
• Overall in-charge of accounts administrative work.

POSITION   : CUSTOMER SERVICE (IMPORT&EXPORT)

LOCATION : PORT KLANG-HQ

SALARY : RM2500 – RM3,500 / MONTH

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining customer's focus at all times and answering to customer's enquiries using the standard guidelines.
• Ensure booking and cargo planning of shipments are in compliance to customers & followed process
• Able to Handle Air / Sea Outbound LCL/FCL/Nomination Shipments.
• Liaise With carriers to ensure accurate data on shipments & timely submission of SI to carriers.
• Able to establish a productive & effective working relationship with internal & external customers.
• Ability to anticipate & identify problem. Analyses problem systematically and resolve problem with effective solutions or alternatives.
• Support and work closely with fellow team members to ensure the smooth flow and timely executive of our customer’s supply chain.
• Arranging and coordinating for transportation / trucking / haulage.
• Follow up with agent and consignee for the incoming shipments and ensure shipment moving smoothly.
• Handling and preparation of shipping documents (e.g.: delivery order / bill of lading, tax invoice, arrival notice.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILL REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Advanced / Higher/ Fresh Graduate, Diploma in Marketing, Logistic / transportation or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years (s) of working experience in shipping & forwarding industries, especially Freight Forwarding.
• Required skill(s): Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, self-disciplines, computer literate, presentation preparation and report.
• Good command in English, Mandarin & Malay speaking (both written and oral)

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all custom formalities with customs and other authorities with regards to custom clearance.
• Manage forwarding activities and ensure that import and export goods are cleared in a timely manner.
• Go daily to the port to process custom file submissions. (if needed)
• Monitor and update containers through the port system
• Monitor loading and unloading of warehouses and ports (if needed)
• Handle for import and export (eg K1/K2/K4/K8/K9/ZB1/ZB2 permits required for customs submission)
• Experienced in EDI, Dagang Net and Port VGM submission
• Liaise with clients and agents with proper HS codes and advices duty/tax amount upon enquiry.
• Provide timely report and appropriate analysis
• Ensure proper documentation filling and system update

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILL REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Advanced / Higher/ transportation or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years (s) of working experience in forwarding Operation and well versed in Royal Custom procedure.
• Required skill(s): Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, self-disciplines, computer literate, presentation preparation and report.
• Good command in English & Malay speaking (both written and oral)
• Willing to work under challenging environment
• KEK Certificate is an added advantage

Responsibilities :

• Handle bank reconciliations.
• Record journal entries if required.
• Maintain the fixed asset listing if required.
• Manage accounts payable.

i) Verify supplier invoices to ensure they are accurately recorded in the system.

ii) Prepare supplier payments in both the accounting system and the banking system.

• Manage accounts receivable.

i) Enter customer payments into the accounting system.

ii) Generate customer payment records for documentation purposes.

• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements :

• Education: Diploma / Professional Certificate/ Degree in Accounting
• Year of Experience: Min 3 years in similar field or in manufacturing
• Skills: Knowledge in SQL Accounting system, Excel and Word
