Job Description

• Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines
• Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Follow up with suppliers to confirm order status, delivery dates, and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain and update the purchasing database and records (e.g., supplier information, pricing, delivery schedules)
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and escalate delays or issues when necessary

Job Requirement

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required when dealing with supplier
• Able to communicate using basic English and Bahasa Melayu
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Self-motivated & independence

Responsibilities:

• To assist the R&D Engineer/Executive in giving accurate, timely and efficient drawings
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and project deadlines
• Ensure all drawings are properly filed and organized for easy reference and retrieval.
• To ensure proper housekeeping of all the CAD equipment

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing or Certificate in technology mechanical Drafting and Design
• Should knowledge in 2D drafting, Solidworks of 3D modelling, Pro-Engineer or Miscrostation will be an added advantage
• Initiative, good interpersonal skill, proactive and able to work under minimum supervision
• Responsibilty and able to meet the production deadline in order
